The equation is fairly simple. Building cost in Crete is from 1500 euros per m2 upwards, land cost is between 250 and 500 euros per m2, selling price is between 2000 and 3000 euros per m2, construction mortgages are under 4% and you can choose not to make any payments for a period of up to 2 years.

Can you make money? Yes. How much you make is a matter of how good you are in choosing a plot of land in the right location and coming up with a good saleable house design. We manage everything for you and give you a weekly report on how your construction is progressing. We will help you sell "off plan" if you want to. Basically our aim is to make you successful as it also makes us successful.
