Building - Handover

The waiting is over, your new house in Crete is ready. We have finished all the building work. Our inspection team have made certain that every last detail has been taken care of. Our cleaning team has been in the house after all the builders have finished to make certain that it is ready for you.

When you are ready we take you around the house and check everything against the specification that we agreed at the beginning of the process. We show you where everything is and how to work the heating, air conditioning, swimming pool controls, immersion heater for when there is no sun.

We hand over all the paperwork, the building licence, tax receipts, IKA receipts, everything to you. We make certain that you are happy with every detail. We can help you arrange insurance for your building and contents. We can help you with furnishing or anything else you need.

But our service does not stop there. Your building is covered by a ten year guarantee against defective workmanship. We can maintain your property for you whilst you are out of the country. We can organise a pool cleaning and maintenance service for you. Gardening. Anything you need, just ask.
